B	Brygher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale molto disponibile e cordiale, se serve ti aiuta a smaltire i rifiuti e comunque ti indirizza dove serve. L'unico grossissimo problema riguarda i tempi di accesso all'impianto. Dopo che l'azienda ha riunito diversi ecocentro in un unica base, si formano lunghe code di persone in attesa di entrare con tempi molto lunghi, anche a causa del Covid che limita molto l'accesso alla struttura. Per me è stato un grosso errore da parte dell'azienda che gestisce i rifiuti. The staff are very helpful and friendly, if needed they help you to dispose of waste and in any case direct you where you need it. The only major problem concerns the access times to the system. After the company has brought together several eco-centers in a single base, long queues of people are formed waiting to enter with very long times, also due to Covid which greatly limits access to the structure. For me it was a big mistake on the part of the waste management company.
a	andrea fanchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena inaugurato, l'EcoCentro intercomunale di Dueville e Monticello Conte Otto è probabilmente la più bella e importante ricicleria del Vicentino e non solo. È enorme, comodissimmo nella rampa che porta i cassoni contenenti i vari materiali, tanto da essere a 2 corsie e con i parcheggi a spina di pesce. Per cui uno parcheggia nella rampa per scaricare un determinato materiale e quello dietro può in ogni caso passare per andare in un altro cassone. Questo concetto evita altresì lunghe file di attesa. Per quanto riguarda i Materiali pericolosi, essi non sono più solo coperti da una baracca, ma dentro un capannone. Altra cosa da segnalare è la possibilità di usufruire dell'H24, o meglio su determinati tipi di materiali tramite la tessera inserita in un cancelletto esterno all'EcoCentro, si possono portare vari tipi di materiale che vengono accettati. Attenzione non qualsiasi tipo di materiale, ma solo i più comuni ( carta, plastica, legno, ramaglie, ferro, ingombranti). Ottimo. AIM dovrebbe solo fare tesoro. Complimenti a Soraris per l'investimento non indifferente. Facile l'ingresso e non c'è da attendere molto anche con molte persone che fanno la fila. Chiara la segnaletica. Very good. Clean tidy and with staff ready to give you a hand to unload the car and bring the trash in the appropriate container. Easy entry and there is not much to wait for even with many people queuing. Avevo bisogno di una dichiarazione di smaltimento del condizionatore domestico per accedere alle agevolazioni del conto termico. Mi sono recato all’ecocentro di Monticello Conte Otto con il foglio già precompilato e mi hanno risposto di andare alla sede di Sandrigo dove si sono rifiutati di timbrare e firmare il foglio senza motivazioni. Il personale con cui ho interagito è stato incompetente e maleducato. Considerando che i costi delle bollette Soraris sono elevati e crescenti (raddoppiati rispetto all’anno precedente), almeno il personale dovrebbe essere gentile e competente invece è maleducato e impreparato. Dovreste vergognarvi per come trattate i vostri clienti! Very bad experience at the Monticello Conte Otto eco-center and the Sandrigo office. I needed a declaration of disposal of the home air conditioner to access the benefits of the thermal account. I went to the Monticello Conte Otto eco-center with the sheet already filled in and they told me to go to the Sandrigo office where they refused to stamp and sign the sheet without reasons. The staff I interacted with were incompetent and rude. Considering that the costs of Soraris bills are high and increasing (doubled compared to the previous year), at least the staff should be polite and competent instead they are rude and unprepared. You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers!
