Anche chiamando non risponde più nessuno.
L'officina rimane comunque aperta, e continua ad essere Officina Autorizzata Ford.
 The concessionaire is definitively closed. This morning I went there for assistance, but there's nobody left.
Nobody even answers calling.
The workshop remains open, however, and continues to be a Ford Authorized Workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima dovevo ritirare la macchina il 17 aprile oggi 14 maggio ancora non ho la macchina avendo già iniziato a pagare la prima rata il 4 maggio. Continuano sempre a dirmi che deve arrivare la targa ma sono già un mese che vanno avanti a dirmi che arriva tale giorno ma ancora oggi non è arrivata, continuano a prendermi in giro.
Bad experience I had to pick up the car on April 17th today May 14th I still don't have the car having already started to pay the first installment on May 4th. They always keep telling me that the license plate must arrive but they have been going on for a month already telling me that that day arrives but it still hasn't arrived today, they keep making fun of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato furgone aziendale a novembre 2017 pagando 5500 euro di anticipo e poi il saldo di 9700 euro a dicembre 2017, ad oggi 16 marzo 2018 sto ancora aspettando di ricevere il mezzo ed il rivenditore (Dino Virano) non risponde a messaggi e telefonate di sollecito. Dopo anni di acquisti Ford, questo sarà l'ultimo. Avvisata anche casa madre del comportamento scorretto.
Purchased company van in November 2017 paying 5500 euros in advance and then the balance of 9700 euros in December 2017, to date 16 March 2018 I am still waiting to receive the vehicle and the dealer (Dino Virano) does not respond to reminder messages and phone calls. After years of buying Ford, this will be the last one. Parent company also notified of incorrect behavior.

Voto basso perché ho acquistato una Ford Ka Plus e nonostante la parola data mi é stata consegnata parecchio in ritardo rispetto al previsto... vi risparmio le telefonate senza risposta o i problemi sulla targa che a quanto leggo sono noti a molte recensioni.
High marks for Alessandro from the Ecocar workshop in Chivasso, always friendly, clear and professional.
Low rating because I bought a Ford Ka Plus and despite my word given it was delivered quite late compared to expected ... I save you the unanswered phone calls or the problems on the license plate which, according to what I read, are known to many reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andy è un ottimo venditore, veramente bravo e competente. Riguardo all'officina siamo sotto avvocato. Rotto il cambio mentre guidavo, portata a mie spese in officina ritirata dopo circa un mese ( non so quante telefonate ho fatto), 12 ore dopo averla ritirata si è verificato lo stesso problema.mi hanno detto di riportarla li da loro, ovviamente a mie spese, mi sono rifiutata, e quindi Sono senza macchina da tre mesi. e Prese per il c..... a tutto spiano e nulla di fatto
Andy is a great salesman, really good and knowledgeable. Regarding the workshop, we are under a lawyer. The gearbox broke while I was driving, brought at my expense to the garage withdrawn after about a month (I don't know how many phone calls I made), 12 hours after picking it up the same problem occurred. They told me to bring it back to them, obviously to myself expenses, I refused, and therefore I have been without a car for three months. and Taken for the c ..... at full blast and nothing done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'officina Ecocar la ritengo un delle migliori per effettuare tagliandi e riparazioni,seri e affidabili,impiegano il tempo necessario per fare il tagliando e non ci speculano attenendosi alle direttive Ford
I think the Ecocar workshop is one of the best to carry out servicing and repairs, serious and reliable, they take the time necessary to do the service and do not speculate on it following the Ford directives.
