Poor service regarding the collection of bulky waste. The toll-free numbers are goofy and rude. Their lack of professionalism has often caused disservices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, qualità indecente, dipendenti svogliati che anziché aprire i sacchi per controllare il contenuto lì strappano e poi neppure lì raccolgono lasciandoli alla mercé di animali randagi e ai poveri cittadini tocca provvedere ponendosi anche al rischio di eventuali malattie a causa della loro inettitudine. Quando fallirà, perché fallirà, sarà sempre troppo tardi...
Bad service, indecent quality, listless employees who, instead of opening the bags to check the contents, tear them up and then don't even pick them up, leaving them at the mercy of stray animals and poor citizens have to take care of themselves also putting themselves at the risk of possible diseases due to their ineptitude.
