Il personale gentile ed attento a tutte le esigenze del cliente...anche con piumoni e coperte pesanti non trovi difficoltà.. Consiglio vivamente Wifi free zone, difficult parking, no self-hand architectural barriers. Qualified staff, located in an area well served for every activity. Mi sono assentata giusto il tempo di un caffè, cosa che non ho mai fatto perché sempre presente fino alla fine del ciclo. Tornata a prendere il bucato...lo trovo in un cestino. Siccome serviva la macchina il proprietario si è sentito in dovere di mettere le mani fra gli slip miei e di mio marito. In tempo di covid o no la trovo una grave mancanza sia per l'igiene che per la privacy. Disdicevole! Sconsigliato! I have been using the service for some years now. I have never encountered any problems to date. I went away just for a coffee, which I never did because it was always there until the end of the cycle. Back to get the laundry ... I find it in a basket. Since the car was needed, the owner felt compelled to put his hands between my and my husband's briefs. In times of covid or not I find it a serious lack both for hygiene and for privacy. Disgraceful! Not recommended!
