★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero già cliente del negozio, l'ultima cartuccia che ho comprato aveva un problema e l'ho riportata in negozio dopo 20minuti dall'acquisto. Il titolare signor Samuel ha avuto un comportamento pessimo arrivando ad accusarmi di aver manomesso io la cartuccia rifiutando la sostituzione. Ottimo invece il servizio clienti che ha capito la situazione e mi ha sostituito la cartuccia, mi sono dovuto recare nel negozio di Savona, perché Samuel, nonostante l'intervento del servizio clienti, non ha voluto che mi recassi presso il punto vendita di Imperia. Incredibile !!!
I was already a customer of the store, the last cartridge I bought had a problem and I brought it back to the store 20 minutes after the purchase. The owner Mr. Samuel had a bad behavior coming to accuse me of having tampered with the cartridge refusing the replacement. The customer service, on the other hand, understood the situation and replaced the cartridge. I had to go to the Savona store because Samuel, despite the customer service intervention, did not want me to go to the Imperia store. Incredible !!!
