M	Marco Parente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza recente è una loro cartuccia per la stampante di colore nero difettosa, riportata al negozio mi viene detto che è colpa della stampante, le passano qualcosa sopra è mi liquidano dicendo che è tutto apposto e che per loro non presenta difetti. Rimontata sulla stampante funziona per 3 fotocopie e poi nulla più. Sostituisco con cartuccia Buffetti acquistata in un altro negozio e per magia la mia stampante torna a funzionare.In definitiva prodotti scadenti e personale scontroso e poco professionale. My recent experience is their defective black printer cartridge, reported to the shop I am told that it is the fault of the printer, they pass something on and they dismiss me saying that it is all right and that there is no defect for them. Reassembled on the printer it works for 3 photocopies and then nothing more. I replace it with a Buffetti cartridge purchased in another shop and by magic my printer returns to work. In short, poor products and surly and unprofessional staff.
