Partiamo dal presupposto che ho sbagliato il numero della cartuccia.Solo il tempo di arrivare da Cipro a ple degli eroi(5 min?)e accorgermi di aver sbagliato tornare indietro (5min?)non c’è stato verso di cambiare le cartucce. Motivo aver aperto il cartoncino rovinando il packagine,senza aver minimamente intaccato ovviamente la cartuccia. Parliamo di 70€ e voi non trovate il modo ,di non perdere un cliente che nell’arco dell’anno può spendere circa 300/400/500euro di prodotti ? La vostra confezione non costa più 15 centesimi visto che la fate pagare0.50.FATE RIDERE???????? I do not understand. We assume that I got the cartridge number wrong. Ho provato poi a casa la cartuccia e va molto bene. Sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto e lo consiglio vivamente!
