★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto da lei ieri con due cartucce del suo marchio. Non avendo prove per giustificare la mia buona fede me ne sono andato senza polemiche ma il problema sulla cartuccia io L'ho avuto. Non dico pubblicamente il problema visto che spero sia stato un errore.
I came to you yesterday with two cartridges of your brand. Having no evidence to justify my good faith I left without controversy but the problem on the cartridge I had. I'm not saying the problem publicly since I hope it was a mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartucce di qualità (a prezzi inferiori rispetto a quelle originali) e attenzione all'ambiente; se vengono riportate le confezioni al secondo acquisto verrà anche applicato uno sconto. Ho avuto diversi problemi di compatibilità con alcune cartucce (purtoppo ho una stampante di ultima generazione), ma il personale è sempre stato disponibile alla sostituzione riconoscendo il possibile problema; grazie a questo ho sempre risolto (nonostante questi "disguidi"). Da quanto ho scoperto questo negozio non sono più tornato indietro, consigliato assolutamente
Quality cartridges (at lower prices than the original ones) and attention to the environment; if the packs are shown on the second purchase, a discount will also be applied. I have had several compatibility problems with some cartridges (unfortunately I have a latest generation printer), but the staff has always been available for replacement, recognizing the possible problem; thanks to this I have always solved (despite these "mistakes"). From what I discovered this shop I have never gone back, absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso una stampante e 2 cartucce per un valore di 100 e qualcosina di euro a me serve per parecchie stampe e scansioni, quando ho visto che devo fare una paggina alla volta lho riportata indietro visto che avevo usato solo qualcosina delle cartucce di prova ( ma non finite ) bhe ho avuto una bella sorpresa oltre alla beffa pure il danno...non solo non ho ricevuto i soldi indietro visto che avevo fatto si e no 5 copie..ma mi e stato detto che poteva prenderla come usato e se volevo mi ridava 40 euro -.- al momento dell'acquisto però non mi e stato detto che se non andava bene non la riprendevano...bhe per concludere sconsiglio il negozio dato che non da tutte le info giusto per far vendita!!!
I took a printer and 2 cartridges for a value of 100 and a little bit of euro I need for several prints and scans, when I saw that I have to do a page at a time I brought it back since I had only used a little bit of the test cartridges (but not finished) well I had a nice surprise in addition to the insult as well as the damage ... not only did I not receive my money back since I had done yes and no 5 copies .. but I was told that I could take it as used and if I wanted he gave me back 40 euros -.- at the time of purchase but I was not told that if it was not good they would not take it back ... well to conclude I do not recommend the shop since it does not give all the right info to sell !!!
