Sono ECONOMICISSIMI, il giorno prima avevo contattato altri disinfestatori e dal prezzo che mi avevano chiesto pensavo di aver sbagliato numero ed aver contattato una gioielleria. Very kind and courteous, the exterminator explains what he does and how he does it, they are very fast, respond quickly and are punctual in their interventions. They are VERY CHEAP, the day before I had contacted other exterminators and from the price they asked me I thought I had the wrong number and contacted a jewelry store.

Il giorno successivo è venuta una signora con una vaporella e ha fatto il trattamento. A fine trattamento ha affermato di non aver trovato il focolaio e dunque il problema non è stato risolto. Ho pagato regolarmente fattura per 180+iva. Ho richiamato Ecoin lamentandomi e chiedendo che venissero a titolo gratuito a risolvere un problema che non hanno risolto e che ho regolarmente pagato. Mi hanno detto che possono rivenire e che mi fanno uno sconto con nuovo trattamento e nuova fattura da 150+iva. Trovo tutto questo molto poco professionale. Penso che prima di fare un trattamento avrebbero dovuto fare un sopralluogo per dirmi se avessero potuto risolvere il problema. Invece niente di tutto questo è stato fatto. Le cose stanno così: ho speso 180+iva per risolvere un problema ed Ecoin non ha risolto il problema I have a bed bug infestation problem. I called Ecoin complaining and asking that they come for free to solve a problem that they have not solved and that I have regularly paid. They told me that they can come back and that they give me a discount with a new treatment and a new bill of 150 + VAT. I find this very unprofessional. I think that before doing a treatment they should have done an inspection to tell me if they could solve the problem. But none of this has been done. Things are like this: I spent 180 + VAT to solve a problem and Ecoin did not solve the problem
