Sono di Fano e nella mia zona avevo chiesto preventivi per la rimozione di una canna fumaria in amianto e mi hanno comunicato €1300 + iva... per curiosità ho inserito la richiesta in uno di quei siti online e sono stata richiamata dalla ditta in questione che mi ha inviato subito un preventivo di € 935 + iva. Abbiamo confermato e avviato la pratica tutto tramite email e non mi sono dovuta preoccupare più di nulla perchè hanno svolto tutto nei termini prestabiliti. Devo dire che sono rimasta molto contenta! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale! COMPLIMENTI

I'm from Fano and in my area I asked for quotes for the removal of an asbestos chimney and they communicated me € 1300 + VAT ... out of curiosity I entered the request in one of those online sites and I was called back by the company in question who immediately sent me a quote of € 935 + VAT. We confirmed and started the practice via email and I didn't have to worry about anything anymore because they did everything in the established terms. I must say that I was very happy! Exceptional value for money! COMPLIMENTS

Nonostante la gentilezza degli operatori mi trovo a dover continuamente sollecitare per poter avere risposte da parte del servizio clienti anche quando, a preventivo già firmato, si tratta di programmare gli interventi. Le mail rimangono senza risposta, le fatture vengono inviate già scadute. In due mesi ho ottenuto solo un sopralluogo e l'analisi di laboratorio per confermare la presenza di amianto. Ancora non mi è stato presentato un preventivo per la bonifica e all'ennesima richiesta non ho ricevuto letteralmente alcuna risposta.
Con rammarico, devo ammettere che la situazione è diventata alquanto frustrante e che valuterò altre soluzioni per portare a termine l'intervento di bonifica.
I did not find the speed and professionalism that I expected. Despite the kindness of the operators, I find myself constantly having to solicit in order to get answers from the customer service even when, with the quotation already signed, it is a question of planning the interventions. The emails remain unanswered, the invoices are sent already expired. In two months I only got an inspection and laboratory analysis to confirm the presence of asbestos. I have not yet been presented with a quote for the reclamation and to the umpteenth request I have not received literally any response.
With regret, I must admit that the situation has become somewhat frustrating and that I will consider other solutions to complete the remediation intervention.
