I turned here to do a refill to the lashes. If I could give zero I would do it. The courteous and pretty but not competent girl. Poor products and third world technique. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Con dettagli:
Avevo appuntamento alle 9.00 per una ceretta alle ascelle, mi chiamano il giorno prima dicendo che sarei dovuta arrivare o alle 9.10 o spostare l'appuntamento alle 9.30 perché tanto alle 9.00 non mi avrebbero fatto il trattamento.
Arrivo alle 9.10, il negozio era già aperto e operante da un po'. Vengo lasciata in attesa per 6 minuti senza nessuno alla reception, a quel punto una signorina arriva e mi dice che ero in ritardo. Le spiego che mi hanno chiamato loro il giorno prima per spostare l'appuntamento e dice "ah la collega si sarà sbagliata, vabbè aspetta lì fino a quando ci liberiamo". La collega arriva dopo un po' alla reception e mi ignora, le chiedo quando potranno farmi la ceretta e dice di aspettare che finisca l'altra cliente. Finalmente per le 9.30 entro nella cabina, la signorina mi mette la cera bollente senza neanche chiedermi se la temperatura va bene. Ha anche lasciato dei peli che di solito vengono tolti con pinzette. Se n'è andata in 2 minuti senza chiedermi se la ceretta fosse andata bene e se fossi soddisfatta.
La ceretta alle ascelle costa €12, che per Cortina è un prezzo normale, però il servizio non è per nulla piacevole. La ceretta è ok, ma nemmeno particolarmente fatta bene, peccato.
Summary: Inattentive and disorganized service, staff not fully waxing. Lower quality service than what they ask for price.

I had an appointment at 9.00 for an armpit wax, they call me the day before saying that I would have to arrive at 9.10 or move the appointment to 9.30 because they would not have given me the treatment at 9.00.
I arrive at 9.10, the shop had already been open and operating for a while. I am left waiting for 6 minutes with no one at the reception, at which point a young lady arrives and tells me I was late. I explain that they called me the day before to move the appointment and says "ah the colleague is wrong, oh well wait there until we are free". The colleague arrives after a while at the reception and ignores me, I ask her when they will be able to wax me and says to wait for the other customer to finish. Finally, at 9.30 am I enter the cabin, the young lady puts hot wax on me without even asking me if the temperature is okay. It also left some hairs that are usually removed with tweezers. She was gone in 2 minutes without asking me if the waxing went well and if I was satisfied.
Armpit waxing costs € 12, which is a normal price for Cortina, but the service is not pleasant at all. The waxing is ok, but not particularly well done, too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went it for a semi permanent manicure at 3pm and by 9pm that same day I had two chipped nails and the next day all of my polish completely lifted. I wrote to the owner asking for a refund for the €65 manicure and she said no. I saw this salon had bad reviews and should have listened to them rather than wasting my time and money. Do not recommend.
