Tra l'altro di questo mi son resa conto solo a Natale, dopo la scadenza, perché, fiduciosa che, come tutti i panettoni, la scadenza fosse verso marzo - aprile dell'anno successivo..dando fiducia non meritata, a quanto pare, a chi me lo aveva venduto.. non avevo controllato al momento dell'acquisto. Complimenti per il raggiro e la mancata trasparenza! Ne va del buon nome di tutti i vostri prodotti: il rispetto della clientela dovrebbe essere al primo posto, anche di chi, come me, è solo di passaggio, in qualità di turista. La scorrettezza nel servizio provoca comunque un feed-back negativo e questa mia recensione ne è la conferma... A Tiri trunk was sold to me as a half PANETTONE in early November 2021 ... leaving out a small detail: that would expire on 11/28/2021, so before the traditional Christmas party, when commonly, by tradition, the panettone is opened ! .. do I have to assume that it was an old product from the previous year? Among other things, I only realized this at Christmas, after the deadline, because, confident that, like all panettone, the deadline was around March - April of the following year ... giving undeserved trust, apparently, to those who had sold it to me .. I had not checked at the time of purchase. Congratulations on the scam and lack of transparency! The good name of all your products is at stake: respect for customers should be in the first place, even for those who, like me, are just passing through, as a tourist.
