Interessanti le proposte dello chef, dai crudi al dolce. Ben fornita la lista dei vini. Aperto da poco merita tutti i nostri auguri ed ha tutte le carte in regola per puntare in alto
 Exposed bricks, furniture with essential lines, classy crockery, soft lighting, background music for this radical chic bistro, open all year round. The chef's proposals are interesting, from raw to desserts. Well stocked wine list. Recently opened it deserves all our best wishes and has all the credentials to aim high

On the cycle path of the magnificent Costa dei Trabocchi in San Vito.Renovated and very beautiful building of the 900 as well as welcoming.Really good sea view lunch.Quality raw materials served in a gourmet key.Kind and prepared staff, I had a great time, see you soon. soon.

Cibo di qualità, servizio attento, locale recentemente ristrutturato, veramente bello. Ho trovato tutto adeguato e la proposta food è veramente interessante. Consigliatissimo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante con vista sul mare dei trabocchi località S.Vito Marina, una grande finestra sul mare Adriatico con cibo e vino come il nome "Ebbrezza". Fantastici i crudi ( non mangio spesso i crudi di mare ma lo faccio quando sento di potermi fidare) staff gentile e veloce, vista sul mare se si mangia all'aperto . Voglio tornarci in inverno e apprezzare oltre al cibo l'atmosfera degli interni.
Restaurant overlooking the sea of the trabocchi locality S. Vito Marina, a large window on the Adriatic sea with food and wine as the name "Ebbrezza". The raw fish are fantastic (I don't often eat raw seafood but I do it when I feel I can trust it) kind and fast staff, sea view if you eat outside. I want to go back in winter and enjoy the interior atmosphere as well as food.

Un bel locale da poter vivere sia in inverno con le sue pareti di mattoni e con arredi ben curati sia in estate puoi che si affaccia direttamente sulla nuova pista ciclabile. Personale gentile e preparato. Sono stato lì per una cena a menù stabilito a base si pesce spada. Tutti i piatti erano superlativi. Da provare
A restaurant born from the experience of the Essenza restaurant. A nice place to live both in winter with its brick walls and with well-kept furnishings and in summer you can directly overlook the new cycle path. Polite and knowledgeable staff. I've been there for an established swordfish dinner. All dishes were superb. To try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit to the Bistro was on Sunday for lunch. Very clean and ultra modern Bistro within a refurbished old town building. Our booking through a third party turned out to be incorrect as the Bistro was fully booked. However, the wonderfully dressed and super polite staff soon sorted us out and we had a table for 2 in no time. A selection of natural oysters and prawns started us off with a bottomless bread basket to accompany. I had main course of Tagliatelle and my wife a beautifully cooked steak.A highlight was our waitperson helping and encouraging us in trying to speak Italian. We have found this very rare. Great atmosphere, great service, lovely food. Happy days ! We shall return. Tiny issue was that the plates for the hot dishes were very cold. My coffee turned out also to new just luke warm. As we were on our way out the staff were not given the chance to correct this which I am sure they would. 4.5 stars.
