Ero un cliente abituale, per praticità e vicinanza, prima di migrare agli acquisti online. La goccia è stata una spiacevole esperienza occorsa con una ecig comprata da nemmeno un mese, che si è letteralmente "FUSA"! Dopo varie discussioni, anche accese dove con assurda arroganza non mi si voleva riconoscere la GARANZIA come da legge, il titolare, mi rassicura dicendomi che la manderà al distributore per posta con il primo ordine utile e se questi lo reputerà opportuno, me la cambierà. A parte che per legge un venditore deve assumersi la responsabilità del prodotto venduto se oggettivamente ritenuto difettoso e deve procedere alla sostituzione immediata, cosa che in ITALIA nessuno fa in barba alla legge sulla tutela del consumatore, comunque sono passati quasi due mesi e non ho avuto nessuna notizia in merito! Per concludere il personale è di un'indisponenza , arroganza e saccenza che nemmeno se i prodotti fossero gratuiti ci metterei più piede.Quindi sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare in questo negozio. In zona e nemmeno troppo lontano da lì c'e' molto di meglio, quantomeno non ti trattano dall'alto in basso e limiterete il salasso al portafogli . Per fortuna non siamo tutti con l'anello al naso. The drop was an unpleasant experience with an ecig bought for less than a month, which was literally "FUSA"! After several discussions, even if it was heated where with absurd arrogance I did not want to recognize the GUARANTEE as required by law, the owner reassures me by telling me that he will send it to the distributor by mail with the first order and if he deems it appropriate, he will change it for me. Apart from that by law a seller must take responsibility for the product sold if objectively considered defective and must proceed with immediate replacement, something that in ITALY nobody does in defiance of the law on consumer protection, however it has been almost two months and I have not had no news about it! To conclude, the staff is unaware, arrogant and ignorant that even if the products were free I would set foot in them. Therefore, I strongly advise against buying in this store. In the area and not too far from there there is much better, at least they do not treat you from top to bottom and you will limit the drain to your wallet. Pronti a rispondere ad ogni dubbio o domanda, persino quelle di un novizio appena entrato nel mondo delle eCigs. Mi hanno persino sostituito completamente in garanzia un intero atomizzatore che, a più di un mese dall'acquisto, ha rivelato quello che penso potesse essere un difetto di fabbricazione. Inoltre ha il distributore esterno quindi non restiamo mai senza liquido Le sigarette comprate qui non hanno prezzi esagerati (poco più alti dell'online ma di poco) non hanno mai dato problemi.
