Noi abbiamo la nostra attività all'estero e quindi abbiamo dovuto fare una collaborazione a distanza (tramite telefono) ma devo proprio dire che Davide è stato super. Gli abbiamo mandato qualche foto del locale, dato qualche appunto e fin dalla prima bozza del menù aveva già azzeccato in pieno i nostri gusti e lo stile che volevamo. Se vi dovesse capitare di collaborare con lui tenete anche in considerazione le idee che magari potrebbe darvi perché potrebbe stupirvi...noi lo abbiamo fatto e pensiamo proprio che gli faremo fare altri lavori.
 Highly recommended !!! Very professional and helpful. We have our business abroad and so we had to do a remote collaboration (by phone) but I really have to say that Davide was super. We sent him some photos of the place, given some notes and from the first draft of the menu he had already guessed our tastes and the style we wanted. If you should happen to collaborate with him, also consider the ideas that maybe could give you because it might surprise you ... we did it and we think that we will make him do other work.
