P	Polloa Arrosto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno chiamata fissandomi un colloquio facendomi fretta, mi sono recata al colloquio nella loro sede spiegando la mia posizione e il lavoro che avrei voluto fare, mi avevano detto che sarebbero stati loro a chiamarmi per un eventuale posto di lavoro e dopo 6 mesi di attesa non ho più saputo niente. Speravo che mi trovassero un lavoro e invece gli interessava solo la mia iscrizione alla loro agenzia.. They called me fixing an interview in a hurry, I went to the interview at their office explaining my position and the job I wanted to do, they told me that they would be the ones to call me for a possible job and after 6 months of waiting I never knew anything. I was hoping they would find me a job and instead they only cared about my membership in their agency.

Dopo aver fatto un colloquio fissato da loro con un'azienda, mi richiamano nel giro di qualche ora, dicendomi che mi hanno scelta e che avrebbero preparato tutto per il contratto. Siccome era una bella posizione e sicura di avere un lavoro, non ho accettato altri colloqui e un'altra offerta. Grave errore! Il lunedì avrei dovuto firmare il contratto, un'ora prima dell'appuntamento mi richiamano dicendomi che purtroppo l'azienda ha optato per un'altra candidato. Insomma...chi deve vederci dentro lo faccia per cortesia, fanno pena. What can I say ... There is no worse agency than this! After having an interview fixed by them with a company, they call me back within a few hours, telling me that they chose me and that they would prepare everything for the contract. As it was a nice position and sure that I had a job, I didn't accept any more interviews and another offer. Big mistake! On Monday I should have signed the contract, an hour before the appointment they call me back telling me that unfortunately the company has opted for another candidate. Well ... whoever has to see inside do it out of courtesy, they are sorry.

Sono stata e sono attualmente seguita da Francesca, sempre molto disponibile. Spero di poter continuare anche dopo lo stage. M	Massimo Toss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità inesistente è dire troppo. Ragazze incompetenti, svogliate, superficiali. Mi sono iscritto al loro portale e dopo poche ore sono stato contattato. Avrei dovuto recarmi presso la loro “Agenzia” dopo un’ora per il colloquio conoscitivo. Io vivo vicino a Brescia e chiesi di fissarmi il colloquio per il giorno dopo. Francesca (incompetente) ha fatto le fotocopie dei documenti di riconoscimento e mi ha registrato all’Agenzia. Durante il ‘’colloquio conoscitivo’’ mi furono poste domante solo ed esclusivamente inerenti a una grande azienda dove avevo lavorato. La “signorina” voleva sapere come avevo fatto ad accedere a quella posizione (sito web, oppure conoscenti, ...) chi era il referente, che caratteristiche doveva avere la persona per essere scelta, com’era il processo di selezione, lo stipendio, ecccc, quindi non le mie mansioni, o il valore aggiunto di quel lavoro, bensì chi contattare per arrivare a occupare quel posto!!! Mi è stato detto che diverse offerte di lavoro corrispondevano perfettamente al mio Curriculum. Mai più sentita!!!!! Nonostante in questi tre anni io abbia inoltrato la candidatura per diverse posizioni, non mi hanno mai contattato, anzi quando li ho chiamati, mi hanno riattaccato il telefono!!! Pazzesco!!! Chiedono tante qualifiche, capacità, titoli di studio, esperienze, soggiorni all’estero, disponibilità, ma loro le hanno????? Amici mi avevano sconsigliato questa Agenzia, ho provato ugualmente e così ho visto i pessimi risultati... Non-existent quality is saying too much. Incompetent, listless, superficial girls. I registered on their portal and after a few hours I was contacted. I should have gone to their "Agency" after an hour for the fact-finding interview. I live near Brescia and asked to fix the interview for the next day. Francesca (incompetent) made photocopies of the identification documents and registered me with the Agency. During the '' fact-finding interview '' I was asked only and exclusively about a large company where I had worked. The "miss" wanted to know how I had access to that position (website, or acquaintances, ...) who the contact person was, what characteristics the person had to be in order to be chosen, what the selection process was, the salary , etc., therefore not my duties, or the added value of that job, but who to contact to get to occupy that place !!! I was told that several job vacancies matched my CV perfectly. Never heard again !!!!! Although in these three years I have applied for various positions, they never contacted me, indeed when I called them, they hung up the phone !!! Crazy!!! They ask for many qualifications, skills, educational qualifications, experiences, stays abroad, availability, but do they have them ????? Friends had advised me against this agency, I tried anyway and so I saw the bad results ...
