★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi decisamente fuori dal buon senso. Tempi di servizio biblici. Competenza probabilmente fuori settore, ottima per gestire un bar, ma non un negozio di elettronica.
La cosa che più salta all'occhio è la totale assenza di rispetto per il cliente che si vede messo in secondo piano per ogni sciocchezza, dall'amico che entra per fare la chiacchiera al cliente che entra con il caffè per essere sbrigato prima, passando per la telefonata della ragazzina di turno. Davvero peggio di qualsiasi altra cosa abbia mai recensito!
Prices decidedly out of common sense. Biblical service times. Competence probably outside the sector, excellent for managing a bar, but not an electronics store.
The thing that catches your eye the most is the total lack of respect for the customer who sees himself put in the background for every nonsense, from the friend who comes in to chat to the customer who comes in with the coffee to be hurried before, passing by for the call of the girl on duty. Really worse than anything I've ever reviewed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É un negozio molto fornito, di qualsiasi tipo di smartphone, con vari marchi, ma non solo anche altri tipi di Tablet e accessori per quest'ultimi. Comprese moltissime cover. Peccato per le cinque stelle perché c è da aspettare abbastanza tempo per essere servito, ma ne vale la pena. Titolare Francesco è personale molto gentile e disponibile per la sua esperienza. (Effettuano anche assistenza tecnica) di terze parti. Da consigliare.
It is a well-stocked shop, with any type of smartphone, with various brands, but not only other types of tablets and accessories for the latter. Including many covers. Too bad for the five stars because there is enough time to wait to be served, but it's worth it. Owner Francesco is very kind and helpful staff for his experience. (They also carry out technical assistance) of third parties. To be recommended.

They are good only when they sell a phone, if you have a problem, they are capable of making your warranty expire as well, I have always bought from them but after the last problem, they will never see me again.

Da subito gli auricolari mi hanno dato dei problemi di segnale ma pensando che fosse il telefono ho lasciato passare un po di tempo. Poi ho avuto l'occasione di provarli anche sul portatile ed ho capito che il problema erano gli auricolari. Ho chiamato ET elettronica e mi hanno detto di riconsegnarli. Ho atteso per oltre due mesi e mezzo con molte telefonate fatte. Alla fine mi conaegnano gli auricolari nuovi di un modello diverso e più SCADENTE. Risultato⁉️ non li uso più. Servizio post vendita SCADENTE
I bought two smartphones and a bluetooth headset in December. Immediately the earphones gave me signal problems but thinking it was the phone I let some time pass. Then I had the opportunity to also try them on the laptop and I realized that the problem was the earphones. I called ET electronic and they told me to return them. I have been waiting for over two and a half months with many phone calls made. In the end they give me new earphones of a different and more POOR model. Result⁉️ I don't use them anymore. POOR after sales service
