Sono allibita ! Se ti poteva dare zero stelle L avrei fatto ! Absolutely bad experience! Avoid going there if you have vision problems, rude and venal owner! Something absolutely hallucinating! Non ci andrò mai più Well ... La prima impressione è stata pessima, infatti non tengono in esposizione montature, quindi se vuoi vederne qualcuna bisogna attendere che uno degli addetti (credo il negozio sia a conduzione familiare) si liberi. Purtroppo ho aspettato. Appena arrivato il mio turno un commesso (un signore di mezza età, penso sia il proprietario) mi ha fatto sedere facendomi subito la domanda: che montatura cerca? Senza propormi nulla. Io non avendo le idee chiare gli ho descritto più o meno cosa cercavo, ha uscito fuori delle montature che non c’entravano molto, ma penso perchè non avevano nulla che faceva a caso mio (oppure il commesso non ha capito quello che cercavo, molto probabile), sta di fatto che dopo circa 20 minuti che provavo montature che non mi piacevano mi sono pure stufato e ho cercato di svincolarmi, dicendogli che ci avrei pensato. Beh, il commesso ci è rimasto male e mi ha pure guardato male. Insomma, si aspettava che comprassi una montatura e mi ha fatto sentire come se gli avessi fatto perdere tempo. Mi sono sentito davvero a disagio, non ci andró mai più. I went to this shop to look at some eyeglass frames. Unfortunately I waited. As soon as my turn came, a salesman (a middle-aged gentleman, I think he is the owner) made me sit down and immediately asked me: what frame are you looking for? Without proposing anything. Not having clear ideas, I described more or less what I was looking for, he came out of the frames that did not have much to do with it, but I think because they had nothing that he did in my case (or the salesman did not understand what I was looking for, a lot probable), the fact is that after about 20 minutes of trying frames that I didn't like I also got bored and tried to free myself, telling him that I would think about it. Well, the clerk was upset and even gave me a bad look. I mean, he expected me to buy a frame and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. I felt really uncomfortable, I will never go there again.

Leggo di recensioni dove si lamenta di essere stati seguiti nella scelta anziché far da sé, o di gente che lamenta "apparizioni" di graffi che appaiono e scompaiono con la luce. Recensioni degne di una barzelletta. Mai avuto un problema e non potrei consigliare altro ottico. Frequentato da amici e parenti da anni. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Optician with professionalism and courtesy hard to find in Palermo. Incredible choice of shapes, models and brands. I read of reviews where he complains of having been followed in the choice rather than making himself, or of people complaining of "apparitions" of scratches that appear and disappear with the light. Reviews worthy of a joke. Never had a problem and could not recommend another optician. Frequented by friends and relatives for years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Un occhiale in particolare è transition e presenta dei graffi che appaiono e scompaiono in base al grado e all'intensità della luce. La risposta poco garbata dei titolari è stata "è la pezza che usate per pulire gli occhiali". Specifico che uso le salviette detergenti per gli occhiali ma nulla, non trovano soluzioni e continuano ad andare contro il cliente. Piccolo dettaglio, ma non insignificante, gli occhiali sono costati quasi 500€. Rating 0. Super bad experience. My boyfriend and I bought eyeglasses which showed scratches after 10 days. One pair of glasses in particular is transition and has scratches that appear and disappear according to the degree and intensity of the light. The owners' rude response was "it's the cloth you use to clean your glasses". I specify that I use cleaning wipes for glasses but nothing, they do not find solutions and continue to go against the customer. Small detail, but not insignificant, the glasses cost almost € 500.

Mi è stata propinata una montatura assolutamente inadeguata e fuori misura( aste troppo corte) ricorrendo al trucco, al momento della prova, di reggerla artatamente. Certamente sono stato ingenuo e il proprietario truffaldino. Il risultato è che mi cadono continuamente e ogni volta maledico questa squallida persona. Incompetence or bad faith? Titolare e figli arroganti che si sentono come la vodafone (gira tutto intorno a loro) fidatevi insopportabili, appena entri ti squadrano da capo e piedi (forse carcano solo i clienti che possiedono porsche e vestono gucci)e ti senti a disagio, sembra che non vedono l ora che te ne vada e ti viene voglia di sbrigarti e andar via. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo rivolti altrove mai fatta scelta più saggia!i soldi li hanno persi loro no io? ah approposito l ultima volta speso 1000 euro tra occhiali da sole e vista(molti anni fa e non abbiamo la porsche e non vestiamo gucci) su amazon le montature da sole costavano almeno la metà!
