★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad agosto , avevo chiesto un preventivo per la sostituzione/ installazione di una videocamera . Dopo aver accettato la loro offerta, non si sono più fatti sentire. Ho ripetutamente telefonato per sollecitare l' intervento senza risultato. A novembre ho disdetto il tutto.
 In August, I asked for a quote for replacing / installing a video camera. After accepting their offer, they no longer made themselves heard. I have repeatedly called to solicit the intervention without result. In November I canceled everything.
