Per la scelta dei materiali è andato tutto bene, anche le mattonelle sono arrivate presto ma con la rubinetteria è stato un disastro... Per due volte sono arrivati dei pezzi sbagliati e dulcis in fundo non è arrivato il braccio del soffione, loro dicono di averlo consegnato a mia moglie ma lei non ricorda ed io non ho mai visto questo pezzo. Chiedo come risolvere il problema (mi accontento anche di un pezzo simile, anche non satinato visto che il mio braccetto da 12 cm costava più di 100 euro) e mi propone di acquistarne un altro (si parla di 20/30 euro). Considerato i soldi che ho speso pensavo rimediassero gratuitamente.... ovviamente mi sbagliavo. Visto il disservizio sono andato a comprarlo altrove....
