Cerco le scarpe nere classiche sul tacco. Sono sportiva. Ho tantissime scarpe sportive e poche femminile. Adesso è periodo di sconti. Passavo sto negozio, andando verso la casa. La porta era aperta. Ho chiesto di entrare per guardare da vicino un paio nero, forma classica. Mi hanno permesso. Ho spiegato anche dinuovo, che ho visto che è aperto e cerco sto paio nero. La padrona era con gli altri persone, forse i parenti. Più giovane mi ha proposto di provare una scarpa. Provo, mi piace. Poi giro e guardo sotto. Disegnati 3 rombi. È in sintetico. Chiedo se capisco giusto che è di sintetico. Esterno, interno e suolo. Speravo che mi convince, che in sintetico, ma nonostante quello, son comode e prattiche. Perché conosco bene i simboli di pelle e sintetico. Un mese fa ho comprato un paio nero classico sintetico che era simpatico, ma dopo 20' di passeggiata mi ha tagliato tutto pelle di piede, i piedi erano stanchissimi. Cerco un paio nuovo di qualità. Le scarpe son larghi. Interno sintetico sottile, si vede com'è non sono lisci interno e possono fare male e durare poco. Ma il suolo é bello, stiloso, con i loghi, rotondo, spesso. Comincio pensare. Che forse per quel prezzo rischio dinuovo e prendo sintetici. Mi avvicino alla cassa e dico ad uomo: "- Se non questi rombi disegnati, le prenderei subito!". Sentivo bisogno mancare pocchissimo per decidere di comprarle. Sentire "Si questo paio è in sintetico, ma fatto bene". Mi basterebbe per decidere di pagare. Invece si è avvicinata la padrona. Con l'agressiona ha tolto le scarpe dalle mie mani, ha fatto mimica maleducata e ha detto: "VA. Per questi prezzi mi ...... CHE PALLE - TI Ripetto seconda volta! Vai! Non ti voglio vedere!" Avevo un Shock! Per la fortuna succede raro qui in Italia essere "servita" così male. Uscendo cercavo di spiegare, chiedere scusa. Lei urlava che non ha sintetico in negozio. Io risposto, che i rombi son tre significano sintetico esterno, interno e suolo. E che mi piace come sono fatte le scarpe (in realtà intendevo solo quel paio per quale sono entrata) nonostante che era largo e sotto i dubbi ma esteticamente "può stare". Ma che per l'esperienza so che le scarpe possono far male dopo un po' di uso e per questo avevo bisogno di capire la qualità. La padrona non mi ascoltava, continuava mostrarmi assenza del rispetto, continuava dire male di me ad altri presenti senza aspettare che vado via. Sembrava diceva degli insulti a posto che li sento io. Forse non è soddisfatta del suo business, Perché il negozio è microscopico in un posto scomodo, scuro, piccolo. Piccola scelta. Passo spesso li. Non ho visto mai i clienti dentro. Sempre avevo pensiero d entrare per comprare qualcosa per supportare i business della zona dove passo tante volta nonostante che più di metà scarpe son volgari e scomode dalla prima vista. Ma ho notato che una-due cose erano insoliti e meritavano dare uno sguardo. Mai più! Mi ha fatto trattare male male. Tanti venditori hanno fatica di conquistare i clienti, pagano affitto, le tasse. Capisco che su quel prezzo del un paio rimane poco del guadagno. E dentro di se la venditrice può pensare che fa fatica servire i clienti per poco guadagno. In bar non mi dicono "che per il prezzo del caffè non devo rompere le palle". Se vuoi fare poca fatica e guadagnare subito e tanto, hai sbagliato il mestiere! Per lavorare con i clienti devi amare lavorare con i clienti. E se ami quello che fai, migliori. Ma se dal inizio preferisci che ti portano i soldi, zitti, subito lasciandoti in pace, cerchi un'altro lavoro. Lascialo ad altri. Perché le scarpe Italiane sono migliori del Mondo.
