Per colpa vostra devo aspettare ancora chissà quanto per avere la corrente alla casa in cui dobbiamo fare dei lavori che non possiamo iniziare per la vostra negligenza e approssimazione. Se è così che lavorate fatevi un serio esame di coscienza
Your installation technicians came without first informing me at the wrong address and now they have refused me the request to connect the light.
