★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo pessimo per la proprietaria incompetente e maleducata, ad una semplice richiesta su quando fosse pronto il telefono risponde “signora ci si vive anche senza, abbiamo cose più importanti”, dal vivo anche risate in faccia e sbuffi, zero professionalità da parte sua! Sicuramente non dovreste andarci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per attivare una sim, purtroppo in fase di attivazione alcuni servizi non sono andati a buon fine e ritornato in negozio mi dicono di chiamare la wind. L'operatore mi dice che c'è un problema in fase di attivazione e dovevo tornare in negozio e che loro dovevano fare la segnalazione. Sono andato avanti tra casa e negozio per 5 volte. E loro scocciati mi incolpavano di aver scelto wind. Assistenza post vendita zero. È stato umiliante andare in un altro posto per risolvere il problema.
Da evitare.
I went to activate a sim, unfortunately in the activation phase some services have not been successful and back in the shop they tell me to call the wind. The operator tells me that there is a problem in the activation phase and I had to go back to the store and that they had to report. I went between home and shop 5 times. And they annoyed blamed me for choosing wind. Zero after-sales assistance. It was humbling to go to another place to solve the problem.

Assistenza anche a domicilio in tempi brevissimi. Fantastici. Per richieste straparticolari riescono in tempi brevi ad avere merce online
