Unkomplizierter Radverleih mit 2 sehr sympathischen Verkäufern, die uns geduldig und kompetent Radtouren erklärt haben! Borrowed an e-bike that was very good, 34 euros rather cheap for the whole day, helmet and lock for free. Uncomplicated bike rental with 2 very personable sellers who patiently and competently explained bike tours to us!

Ich hatte meinen Schlüssel vom Bosch-Akku zu Hause liegen lassen und es bestand keine Möglichkeit ohne Schlüssel den Akku in mein Fahrrad zu bekommen. Aber Franz machte sich sehr viel Mühe und schaffte es auch zum Schluss. Ich kam also nicht dazu mir ein E-Bike hier zu leihen, aber allein aus dieser sehr netten Erfahrung würde ich E-Bike Schenna sofort weiterempfehlen! Many thanks again to the boss of E-Bike Schenna, who helped us out of a jam with a lot of patience. I left my Bosch battery key at home and there was no way I could get the battery into my bike without a key. But Franz went to great lengths and managed to do it in the end. So I didn't get around to borrowing an e-bike here, but based on this very nice experience alone, I would recommend E-Bike Schenna immediately!

Dezelfde dag 2 keer terug moeten gaan in verband met een batterij die stuk was en hierdoor de geplande tocht niet kunnen afmaken. Service niet naar behoren. Beautiful environment for cycling, but the Schenna e-bike verleih delivers extremely bad bikes. Have to go back the same day 2 times because of a broken battery and therefore unable to finish the planned trip. Service not proper.

Wir hatten auf unserer Fahrt leider einen Platten - aber nach gerade mal 15 Minuten stand ein netter Mitarbeiter mit einem neuen Rad vor uns, so dass wir unseren Ausflug rasch fortsetzen konnten. Vielen Dank noch mal! Good bikes, nice team, great service! Unfortunately, we had a flat tire on our trip - but after just 15 minutes a nice employee was standing in front of us with a new bike, so that we could quickly continue our trip. Thanks again!

Wir sind am Dienstag wieder bei euch und machen uns auf den Weg zum Reschenpass. In 4 years now we have been renting bikes from you for various tours. They are in perfect condition and it is such fun. We'll be back with you on Tuesday and we're on our way to the Reschenpass.
T	Thomas Fenner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 E-MTB gemietet am 25.9.2021. Bikes waren kurzfristig in den passenden Größen M und L verfügbar, sauber und geladen. Schöne Tour ins Hirzergebiet gemacht. Leider waren die Bikes schlecht gewartet und mit Mängeln: Bei einem Bike waren die Bremsen am Ende (kein Spaß in dem Geläuf): vorne laute Kreischgeräusche und Vibrationen, Hinten Beläge herunter mit starken Schleifgeräuschen. Beide Steuersätze mit viel Spiel. Ein Vorderrad fast Platt, musste 2x nachgepumpt werden. Eine Kette extrem gelängt, ist im 1. Gang nach Innen übergesprungen. Probleme beim Vermieter angesprochen, er hat interessiert getan aber nichts verstanden und versucht abgzuwimmeln. Die Jungens verstehen offensichtlich nix von Fahrrädern: Gründlichen Bike Check unbedingt machen, auch wenn die Tour dann vielleicht ausfällt. Ist trotzdem besser so. 2 E-MTB rented on September 25th, 2021. Bikes were available at short notice in the appropriate sizes M and L, clean and loaded. Nice tour made in the Hirzer area. Unfortunately, the bikes were poorly maintained and with defects: On one bike, the brakes were at their end (no fun in the run): loud screeching noises and vibrations at the front, pads down with strong grinding noises at the rear. Both tax rates with a lot of play. A front wheel almost flat, had to be pumped up twice. A chain that is extremely elongated has jumped inwards in 1st gear. Addressed problems with the landlord, he was interested but didn't understand anything and tried to get rid of it. The boys obviously don't understand anything about bicycles: Make a thorough bike check, even if the tour may then be canceled. It's still better that way.

Das Rad ist sehr gepflegt, die Übergabe war problemlos und auch eine spontane Verlängerung war möglich. Kontakt vor Ort sehr nett und Buchung über Website hat auch problemlos funktioniert. Very neat bikes! We borrowed an e-bike for our 10 year old son. The bike is very well maintained, the handover was easy and a spontaneous extension was also possible. Contact on site was very nice and booking via the website also worked without any problems.
