Nel mio caso ho apprezzato la professionalità grazie soprattutto a intervento dell'interior designer e l'innovazione tecnologica dei materiali offerti. Lo showroom merita sicuramente una visita anche solo per farsi un'idea delle ultime proposte del mercato. Siamo stati seguiti dalla A alla Z e ci hanno risolto qualche problemino anche se non di loro competenza. Bravi Wide choice and products of the best brands in my opinion. The showroom is definitely worth a visit if only to get an idea of the latest proposals on the market. We were followed from A to Z and they solved some problems even if not within their competence. Le mie numerose telefonate presso la vostra sede nel tentativo di poter ricevere un preventivo per il materiale desiderato sono sempre state ignorate...proprio Una pessima gestione del cliente. Io comunque voglio specificare che sto parlando del personaggio...chi mi ha “seguito” ossia Massimo...e della zero collaborazione del centralino o chi per esso. Quindi non sto screditando tutti ...ma sto Massimo insomma...se non fosse perché è il figlioccio del titolare sarebbe stato già mandato via se lavorava presso la mia azienda.quindi piuttosto di dirmi a che preventivo vi riferite...CHIEDETE SCUSA e comportatevi in maniera più professionale...che se lavorate è grazie solamente ai clienti che si affidano a voi.... Spero con questo di avervi risposto...ripeto, il preventivo non me lo avete MAI voluto fare in 2mesi e mezzo... Ammirevole l'impegno e disponibilità della signora se non sbaglio Micaela e dettagliate le spiegazioni del sig Diego responsabile del magazzino nel spiegarmi come sostituire i pezzi . Siamo stati accompagnati da Alberto nel percorso di ricerca e design delle rifiniture di casa nostra che, con gusto, è riuscito a realizzare degli arredamenti strepitosi. Siamo stati talmente soddisfatti che abbiamo voluto affidarci a loro anche per la realizzazione della cucina. Piergiorgio con grande passione ha trasformato la nostra idea di cucina in un progetto concreto lasciandoci letteralmente senza parole. Grazie ragazzi vi saremo sempre grati.
