Sono andato a "la chiave" per la copia di una chiave semi-blindata costata25 euro, una volta tornato a casa la chiave al posto di girare ed aprire si è rotta nella serratura, senza neanche tanto sforzo.. rimango dunque chiuso fuori. Torno in negozio dal titolare che sottintendendo che fosse colpa mia mi ha semplicemente dato il numero di un fabbro amico suo dicendo che avrebbero sistemato la situazione, ma mi ha cambiato la serratura al costo di 150 euro.. senza fattura ovviamente. In seguito sono tornato al negozio "la chiave" in quanto mi era stato promesso un rientro per via del danno (o almeno era quello che avevo capito ma anche quello che qualsiasi persona di buon senso avrebbe fatto) e il titolare scocciato mi ha risposto che mi aveva già fornito il suo fabbro di fiducia e che mi aveva fatto un prezzo di favore e che non mi aveva fatto pagare per l'apertura della porta... a questo punto me ne sono andato perche la rabbia era troppa ma voglio sottolineare che sono entrato per fare una chiave da 25 euro e sono uscito dopo 2 ore che avevo speso 175 euro e son comunque dovuto andare a fare la copia della quarta chiave da un'altra parte. Sono andato in Corso del Popolo dove ci mettono 5 minuti in piu ma almeno le chiavi funzionano ed ho pagato 20 euro!!! Fate Vobis a nightmare that cost 175 euros. Later I went back to the shop "the key" as I had been promised a return due to the damage (or at least that was what I had understood but also what any sensible person would have done) and the annoyed owner replied that he had already provided me with his trusted locksmith and that he had made me a special price and that he had not made me pay for opening the door ... at this point I left because the anger was too much but I want to emphasize that I went in to make a 25 euro key and I went out after 2 hours that I had spent 175 euro and I still had to go and copy the fourth key somewhere else. I went to Corso del Popolo where it takes 5 more minutes but at least the keys work and I paid 20 euros !!! Do Vobis

G	Gianpaolo Garoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, fatto una chiave da 12 euro dicendo che forse non andava bene ma di provare comunque, infatti la chiave non entra, riportata ma il titolare con tutta tranquillità mi dice che purtroppo me l' aveva detto che forse non andava, mi aspettavo un rimborso, se non totale parziale, niente da fare, persona disonesta e ladra, 12 euro per quella chiave mi sembrano eccessivi, sarà più che una casa della chiave, una ch.....a. Complimenti al titolare e per il suo fare con il cliente. Mai più da lui.
