Beh, che dire... a parte la proprietaria, imprenditrice attenta ed oculata, a parte la cura per i dettagli, a parte le minuzie della preparazione, l'attenzione scrupolosa dedicata alla consegna, le materie prime di eccelsa qualità, l'effetto scenografico dei dolci (perfetti ed eleganti, per nulla banali)... Non ho da dire nulla se non grazie per il grandioso risultato, per le prelibatezze assaggiate, consapevole che la qualità si paga e che pochi imprenditori trattano un cliente come un gioiello prezioso. Mi sono sentita ovattata da Andrea che in ogni cosa ha riversato tutta la sua dedizione! Complimenti, grande lavoro, reso con superba qualità. Consigliatissimo. Well, what about ... apart from the owner, a careful and prudent entrepreneur, apart from the attention to detail, apart from the minutiae of preparation, the scrupulous attention dedicated to delivery, the raw materials of excellent quality, the effect scenographic of the desserts (perfect and elegant, not at all trivial) ... I have nothing to say except thank you for the great result, for the delicacies tasted, aware that you pay for quality and that few entrepreneurs treat a customer as a precious jewel . G	Giulia De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito siamo clienti, per festeggiare il compleanno di mio padre, tra l'altro grande amante dei dolci, abbiamo deciso di affidarci alla pasticceria in questione. Purtroppo ho fatto una bruttissima figura perché la torta, aperta appena mio marito è tornato a casa, quindi poco dopo averla acquistata, presentava la glassa squagliata e completamente staccata dalla base. Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria della pasticceria, per spiegare il nostro disappunto ,la stessa si è rivolta a mio marito in un modo scortese, insultandolo e insinuando che la colpa dell'accaduto fosse la nostra. Inoltre il semifreddo lo teneva nel bancone frigo d'esposizione, quando avevamo esplicitamente detto che lo avremmo consumato la sera stessa a cena, quindi di logica avrebbe dovuto lasciarlo ad una temperatura inferiore. Un esperienza da dimenticare, non tornerò mai più in questa pasticceria che tra l'altro ha dei prezzi estremamente alti che non sono giustificabili in alcun modo. In addition, the parfait kept him in the exposure counter refrigerator, when we explicitly said that we would have consumed the same evening at dinner, then logic would have to leave it at a lower temperature. A wonderful place to stay, never go back to this bakery which also has extremely high prices that are not justifiable in any way.
