Sì è rotto il pezzo che permette la corretta chiusura di una porta (installata 5 anni fa) e in sostanza mi hanno detto che mi devo arrangiare, hanno troppo lavoro e non possono perdere tempo per ordinare un pezzo del costo di pochi euro...
Assistance on finstral windows is non-existent. Yes, the piece that allows the correct closure of a door (installed 5 years ago) is broken and in essence they told me that I have to make do, they have too much work and cannot waste time ordering a piece costing a few euros ...
