★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un laptop in questo negozio con un problema ai pixel del display decido, sotto consiglio del titolare, di lasciarlo per essere smontato per avere un preventivo di costo. Vengo richiamato dopo due giorni e dopo aver appreso la cifra (esorbitante) decido di non accettare e di ritirare il prodotto. Al ritiro ritrovo il computer danneggiato in una delle due cerniere, chiedo immediatamente spiegazioni in merito ad uno dei dipendenti, il quale, in maniera molto scortese e sbeffeggiativa, mi ride in faccia dicendomi che il pc era vecchio e pazienza si sarà rotto qualcosa in fase di montaggio... Alché, dopo consultazione con il titolare, decidono di abbuonarmi il costo del preventivo e mi invitano a ritirare il pc in quelle condizioni. Ovviamente resto basito dal loro atteggiamento totalmente poco professionale, se avessero usato un po' più di accortezza e professionalità avrei riavuto il computer nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'ho portato. In conclusione, in merito alla mia pessima esperienza, consiglio vivamente di stare lontano da questo punto vendita se volete riavere integri i prodotti, la professionalità tanto blasonata nelle precedenti recensioni è praticamente inesistente, il personale è inefficente e si prende la libertà di sbeffeggiare i clienti ed inoltre il titolare appare parecchio aggressivo nei confronti di chi dovrebbe tutelare, ovvero, l'utente finale.
I brought a laptop to this shop with a pixel display problem and I decide, under the owner's advice, to leave it to be taken apart to get a cost estimate. I am called back after two days and after learning the (exorbitant) figure I decide not to accept and to withdraw the product. Upon withdrawal, I find the damaged computer in one of the two hinges, I immediately ask for explanations about one of the employees, who, in a very rude and mocking way, laughs at me telling me that the PC was old and patience something will be broken in phase assembly ... So, after consultation with the owner, they decide to rebate the cost of the estimate and invite me to collect the PC in those conditions. Obviously I am thrilled by their totally unprofessional attitude, if they had used a little more forethought and professionalism I would have got the computer back in the same condition in which I brought it. In conclusion, regarding my bad experience, I highly recommend staying away from this store if you want to get the products back intact, the professionalism so emblazoned in the previous reviews is practically non-existent, the staff is inefficient and takes the liberty of mocking customers and also the owner appears to be quite aggressive towards those who should protect, that is, the end user.
