★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho saputo che avete chiuso per Covid ! Ma nonostante i protocolli, i documenti compilati e numero di telefono nessuno mi ha avvisato .Ero lì da voi non da altra parte !! . NON È una colpa prendere il Covid ma non gestire il tutto come doveva essere fatto è gravissimo.Dopo 09 mesi che non andavo a farmi i capelli prenderlo così e portarlo in famiglia è devastante !! Sono arrabbiato e appena possibile voglio spiegazioni di persona
I heard you closed for Covid! But despite the protocols, the completed documents and telephone number, no one warned me. I was there with you not anywhere else !! . It is NOT a fault to take Covid but not managing everything as it should be done is very serious. After 09 months that I was not going to get my hair taking it like this and taking it into the family is devastating !! I am angry and I want an explanation in person as soon as possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza stupenda, personale gentilissimo e amorevole, tiene conto di tutte le richieste del cliente e persino le prevede. Mia madre ad esempio non sapeva bene che colore fare precisamente e Maria è stata fantastica, è riuscita ad azzeccare perfettamente il colore. Io invece, che di mio sono un po' precisina nei confronti del taglio dei capelli, mi sono trovata benissimo, Marta mi ha ascoltato attentamente e ha fatto il taglio proprio come lo volevo io!!!
5 stelle assicurate! Ci tornerò sicuramente! In più ci tengo a dire che hanno un assortimento di profumi veramente di qualità!
Amazing experience, very kind and loving staff, take into account all customer requests and even foresee them. For example, my mother did not know exactly what color to do and Maria was fantastic, she managed to perfectly match the color. I, on the other hand, who am a bit precise about hair cutting, I had a great time, Marta listened to me carefully and made the cut just as I wanted it !!!
