★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono costretto a dare una stella perché meno non si può dare, oggi avrei avuto un appuntamento fissato, ma i signori in questione l’hanno annullato ieri alle 17, con un SMS, senza neanche preoccuparsi di darmi un colpo di telefono, e comunicando all’azienda a cui ho richiesto il servizio che erano d’accordo con me! (Io non avevo nessun accordo) io avevo preso un giorno di ferie e sono gli stessi che qualche anno fa quando sono venuti per l’installazione di un prodotto, mi hanno dato il ko quando invece si poteva fare, in alternativa mi hanno dato un’altro prodotto/servizio veramente pessimo, se pensate di essere gli unici al mondo che intervengono negli impianti allora vi sbagliate di grosso, se la cancellazione del vostro intervento è una ripicca nei miei confronti, meglio così a voi non vi farei cambiare neanche una lampadina!
In risposta alla signora le posso dire che al gestore non ho chiesto di annullare nessun appuntamento se ha fatto casino lui io non so che farci, so solo che il giorno di ferie che ho preso non mi serve a nulla, se non avessi voluto voi, come Le avevo espresso delle remore alla prima telefonata, le avrei semplicemente detto di non intervenire, invece sono a casa ad aspettare nessuno!
Unfortunately I am forced to give a star because less can not be given, today I would have had an appointment set, but the gentlemen in question canceled it yesterday at 5 pm, with an SMS, without even bothering to give me a call, and communicating to the company to which I requested the service that they agreed with me! (I had no agreement) I had taken a day off and they are the same ones that a few years ago when they came to install a product, they gave me the knockout when it could be done, alternatively they gave me a 'another really bad product / service, if you think you are the only ones in the world who intervene in the systems then you are very wrong, if the cancellation of your intervention is a spite towards me, better so you would not have even a light bulb changed !
In response to the lady, I can tell you that I didn't ask the manager to cancel any appointment if he messed up I don't know what to do with it, I just know that the day off I took is of no use to me, if I didn't want you, as I had expressed some qualms on the first phone call, I would have simply told her not to intervene, instead I'm at home waiting for anyone!
