Chiamo per prendere appuntamento per 2 persone, arrivo e mi sento guardata come fossi un alieno ..non mi chiedono se avessi appuntamento o meno e mi mettono in un angolo ad aspettare per più di mezz'ora, dopodiché mi chiedono se dovessi fare io i capelli o mia figlia e io dico entrambe, al ché mi rispondono dicendo ma lei ha preso appuntamento? E io certo ho chiamato.. dopodiché mi dice che non hanno visto l appuntamento perché la ragazza aveva appena iniziato il turno che se volevo potevano fare solo me o lei...che aveva tanta gente e non riusciva...rispondo dicendo che addirittura alla chiamata per prenotare mi avevano fatto scegliere l' orario come per darmi ad intendere che fossero molto liberi ..insomma stizzita me ne sono dovuta andare dopo mezz'ora di strada per andare lì ed essendo pure la mia prima volta in un salone duca's...mai piu! La ragazza al telefono per prendere appuntamento mi è sembrata molto gentile, ma quando sono arrivata li dalle ragazze che lavoravano in quel momento mi sono veramente sentita guardata in malo modo come se si stessero chiedendo che cosa ci facessi lì...non ho parole per descrivere il disagio che mi hanno creato...siete disorganizzati.
