Excellent products, the menu or rather the menus are constantly evolving and, tasting the dishes, the continuous and careful research of the raw materials combined immediately jumps into relief in such a way as to stimulate not only the palate but also the emotions; I would dare to say that the kitchen is from a starred restaurant. The owner is also a truly exquisite person who immediately highlights his passion for this job.

All great to try and come back. A lot of passion and experimentation. One star less for the service: sushi should always be explained (how is it made? Where do I start?), The salt must be brought to the table and not asked (only maldon?) And when the second is finished, ask if you want dessert and / or coffee.

Knowing places with their particularities and excellences has always been a necessity of mine, and therefore when I arrived in Siderno (RC), in addition to satisfying the historical and cultural knowledge, I wanted to understand what the local restaurant offered us ... A lot of stuff, how to use it say, restaurants with reviews always above the three stars, embarrassment of the choice but it was directed to a restaurant with all excellent reviews, barbecue cuisine (with matured meats from all over the world), and unique peculiarities in the area (and not only), the proposal of the Sushi di Carne. I present to you ... Du'Etti Restaurant with open kitchen, from which you can see the hard work of the Chef ... Strengths ... Many Location Hospitality Room staff Chef ... And last but not least, the food products used in the Chef's proposals. Let's start with the Sushi proposal ... n 16 rolls, (there are three of us), expertly prepared by the chef who shows us the tasting sequence, ranging from the meat and fruit roll to the meat and black truffle roll ... The preparation is typical of fish Sushi .. . We were speechless ... Excellent, perfectly balanced combinations that leave in your mouth a unique envelope of flavors where the meat is the master, and the truffle as a king. We proceed with the proposal of aged meat. How do you see a BigFiorentina of Finnish sashi of about 1kg and 800gr just seared and spiced ad hoc, served already cut and for those who wanted further cooking could it do it on boiling soapstone brought to the table? ... The chef then completed the work, with the addition of finely chopped truffles in oil .... Truly excellent, tender and succulent ... As a side dish salad seasoned with oil, salt and pepper and potatoes cut into discs with fried peel, with the addition of caciocavallo sauce ... Scary ... All this washed down by an excellent Ciró. What can I say, a unique experience and to be tried again with the other meat proposals, always keeping the meat Sushi as an antipato, which leaves you with the bitterness of having finished it immediately. Congratulations to the Chef for having dared with innovative and unique proposals for the territory, but perhaps this is the great strength.
