Successivamente ho aggiunto anche dei giubbotti di salvataggio che mi sono stati spediti in aggiunta al telo.Ci tengo a precisare che questi ultimi mi sono stati spediti "sulla fiducia" in quanto il Sig Giuseppe ha richiesto e ricevuto il pagamento solamente dopo la ricezione della merce. La mia esperienza è decisamente positiva, sicuramente acquisterò di nuovo da questo negozio
 I bought a boat cover from Mr. Giuseppe who advised me which one I should order. Later I also added life jackets that were sent to me in addition to the sheet. I would like to clarify that the latter were sent to me "on trust" as Mr. Giuseppe requested and received payment only after receiving the goods . My experience is definitely positive, I will definitely buy from this shop again

Delivery time was a bit long, but certainly caused by Covid ..... Very friendly and helpful staff. The chat of the very professional site, in a few minutes I always received an answer.

I'm from Portugal and I bought at the end of August some articles to Mr. Giuseppe, around 250 €
He confirm all articles in stock, and I made payment
Since then, I only had problems
After 1 month, he send part of the articles, after 50 email and talk some times with him by phone
The other items, until now, nothing
I phone, mail, whatsapp, all the ways but nothing
Be careful, he alwais say will send tomorrow
Now he says will send Money back
3 weeks ago and nothing
He sendt false tracking to articles and now false bank document
So, be very carefull with him
My last hope is Visa Insurance, I'll make a complain with visa and I'll try to receive my Money back...
Best regards to everibody and DON'T buy online to Nautica DSG...

Another 2 months have passed and I have only received excuses from this shop. Not what I ordered. They always have an excuse and tell me they will send it next week. They refuse to refund my money. Tomorrow I need to go to my bank and claim fraud. What a waste of time. Never order from this shop. Read the other reviews. They have done the same fraud before.
