★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un intero impianto di video sorveglianza DSE IP e ne sono rimasto soddisfattissimo, sono degli ottimi apparati, per chi ha un po' di esperienza in informatica non incontrerà nessuna difficolta. Ho installato tutte telecamere da 5Mpx e le immagini sono spettacolari. Tutto il software in italiano, tutti i menu in italiano.....Spettacolare sono circa 15 gg. che lo sto testando e ogni giorno che passa rimango sempre più soddisfatto.Ho presentato questa la DSE anche nell'azienda dove lavoro ed è stata inserita come nostro fornitore. Ottima società !!!!! +++++++++++++++++ Gentilezza e disponibilità senza eguali, un applauso al reparto tecnico !!!!!!+++++++
 I purchased an entire DSE IP video surveillance system and I was very satisfied with it, they are excellent devices, for those who have a bit of experience in computer science they will not encounter any difficulties. I installed all 5Mpx cameras and the images are spectacular. All software in Italian, all menus in Italian ..... Spectacular are about 15 days. that I am testing it and every day that passes I am more and more satisfied. I have presented this DSE also in the company where I work and it has been inserted as our supplier. Mi sono permesso di fare pubblicità anche per un mio cliente anche lui nell'anno nuovo vuole installare un imp. e se mi dà l'ok acquisterò tutto da voi seguendo anche un vostro consiglio.Fatto altro acquisto e sono sodisfatto Saluti

- Imballo, qualità alta/spedizione rapidissima/gestione ordine zero problemi
-Prodotti:
telecamera IP RK-BCC2C: scelta in base ai docuemti DSE (calcolo focale ecc) e tutorial: essendo a focale fissa temevo di aver sbagliato, invece vedo esattamente quello che mi aspettavo.
Risoluzione (3M) ne più ne meno quella che ho capito sarebbe stata.
-telecamera IP RK-BCC6B presa nel dubbio di aver sbagliato la precedente, (ne dovevo montare almeno 3)direi zero problemi, con IR 60m l'ho puntata verso una zona a campo aperto pur avendo lasciata con grandangolo tutto aperto (per cui come la precedente)
-scatole REBOX1 e REBOX2, pensavo fossero care, invece non sono involucri banali, non so quelli di altre marche, ma la fattura è ottima, si vede che ci sono, sia dell'ingegnerizzazione che industrializzazione di ottimo livello.
I presupposti per durare nel tempo ci sono.
-Swtich con 8 porte POE non l'ho ancora stressato quando vi saranno tutte le porte impegnate, vedremo se regge. Al momento problemi zero
-montaggio e configurazioni: sfruttando la manualistica e i tutorial sono riuscito a fare tutto, rete LAN, app su cell, app su pc, configurazione NVR e telecamere nell NVR.
Nota, imprevisti ce ne sono stati, per cui occorre avere una certa dimestichezza, nel capire dove ci si è persi e sistemare le cose. Ma di fatto è notevole lo sforzo di quest'azienda per dare gli strumenti a chi vuole affontare il fai da te.
Ho letto di problematiche su App iovedo, al momento problemi non ne ho,
Ora spero che affidabilità a lungo termine ed eventualmente servizio post vendita siano all'altezza di quanto visto finora.

-Products:
RK-BCC2C IP camera: chosen on the basis of the DSE documents (focal calculation etc.) and tutorials: being a fixed focal length I was afraid I was wrong, instead I see exactly what I expected.
Resolution (3M) no more, no less what I understood would be.
-IP camera RK-BCC6B taken in the doubt of having made a mistake with the previous one, (I had to mount at least 3) I would say zero problems, with IR 60m I pointed it towards an open field area despite having left it with wide angle wide open (so as the previous one)
- REBOX1 and REBOX2 boxes, I thought they were expensive, instead they are not trivial casings, I don't know those of other brands, but the workmanship is excellent, you can see that there are, both of the engineering and industrialization of an excellent level.
The conditions for lasting over time are there.
-Swtich with 8 POE ports I haven't stressed it yet when all the ports are busy, we'll see if it holds up. At the moment zero problems
-assembly and configurations: using the manuals and tutorials I was able to do everything, LAN network, app on cell, app on pc, NVR configuration and cameras in the NVR.
Note, there have been unforeseen events, so you need to have some familiarity in understanding where you are lost and fix things. But in fact the effort of this company is considerable to give the tools to those who want to tackle the do-it-yourself.
I have read about problems on the App I see, at the moment I have no problems,
Now I hope that long-term reliability and possibly after-sales service will live up to what we have seen so far.

Cosa dire: completamente soddisfatto, soprattutto dell'ottima assistenza tecnica e dei chiari tutorial disponibili nel sito. Non essendo assolutamente esperto della materia, li ho seguiti passo passo, riuscendo a far funzionare il tutto. Ora dovrò installare i componenti sul campo, ma credo sia la parte più facile; In merito alla qualità dei prodotti, sarà il tempo a giudicare. Complimenti ancora e, continuate così.
I have just finished configuring the system purchased from DSE on the bench. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzo prodotti della ditta DSE dal 2016 e mi sono sempre trovato bene.
A dicembre 2021 ho iniziato a sostituire il mio impianto di telecamere analogiche AHD con telecamere IP. Ho già ordinato altre telecamere IP, sempre DSE, per completare l'impianto.
I prodotti sono ottimi e i tutorial rappresentano un valore aggiunto che permettono ai non esperti (come me) di realizzare un impianto di videosorveglianza di ottima qualità.
Ditta decisamente da consigliare!
I have been using DSE products since 2016 and have always enjoyed it.
In December 2021, I started replacing my analog AHD camera system with IP cameras. I have already ordered other IP cameras, again DSE, to complete the system.
The products are excellent and the tutorials represent an added value that allow non-experts (like me) to create an excellent quality video surveillance system.
Firm definitely to be recommended!
