Hanno aumentato i prezzi, ma a richiesta del lecito dubbio al riguardo il fatto è stato negato, mentendo, dicendo che non è vero che i prezzi sono stati aumentati e che l'acqua che noi abbiamo sempre preso da marzo, loro ce l'hanno da poco e che non è possibile che siano mesi che la prendiamo da loro. Abbiamo da subito specificato che il problema non era l'aumento in sé, ma il continuare ad insistere e a mentire quando in 4 ci ricordiamo più che bene quanto abbiamo pagato ogni mese per le casse d'acqua. Non ci lasciavano parlare, hanno iniziato ad urlare per poi sbattere il telefono in faccia a mia madre in malo modo. Ripeto, non è per i soldi o per l'aumento, la nostra era solo una semplice domanda, non una polemica o una richiesta di reso o chissà cosa. Maleducati e bugiardi.
