Per ben 5 volte non hanno rispettato il giorno della consegna senza nemmeno avvertire. Ogni volta siamo stati costretti a contattarli e sentire al telefono i loro continui rinvii a nuova data, non rispettata, per motivi di organizzazione del giro di consegne
L'organizzazione interna non può ricadere sul cliente e in tutti i modi occorre fare presente subito se un ordine non può essere evaso.
Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi altrove.
Bad service.
Five times they did not respect the delivery day without even warning. Each time we have been forced to contact them and hear on the phone their constant postponements to a new date, not respected, for reasons of organizing the delivery round.
The internal organization cannot fall on the customer and in all ways it must be pointed out immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
