Cucina casereccia che non esagera nelle preparazioni e che mette a disposizione piatti semplici ma dall'indubbia qualità.
Buona scelta di vini, presenza di birre commerciali e non, cocktail fatti ad arte ma soprattutto attenzione al dettaglio.
I tavoli sono preparati in modo schematico e metodico: piatti, bicchieri, tovaglioli... Sembra che nulla sia lasciato al caso. Arredamento ricercato che crea un'atmosfera informale e rilassante.
Personale cortese ma non invadente, ti segue nelle richieste che fai e cerca di "apparare" liddove c'è da improvvisare.
Se gli chiedi un aperitivo, ti portano 4 o 5 sfizi preparati al momento saporitissimi e non banali.
Se arrivi alle due di notte con ospiti dopo una giornata che sei stato in giro, e chiedi se la cucina sia ancora aperta, ti rispondono "siediti che ti facciamo mangiare".
Ancora mi chiedono di quella parmigiana di melanzane.

Homemade cuisine that does not exaggerate in the preparations and that offers simple dishes with undoubted quality.
Good choice of wines, commercial and non-commercial beers, artfully made cocktails but above all attention to detail.
The tables are prepared in a schematic and methodical way: plates, glasses, napkins ... It seems that nothing is left to chance. Refined furnishings that create an informal and relaxing atmosphere.
Courteous but not intrusive staff, follows you in the requests you make and tries to "appear" where there is something to improvise.
If you ask them for an aperitif, they bring you 4 or 5 freshly prepared wholesome and non-trivial treats.
If you arrive at two in the morning with guests after a day you have been around, and ask if the kitchen is still open, they will say "sit down and let us eat you".
They still ask me about that eggplant parmigiana.
