★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato 3 capi sono stata contattata dicendo che ne sarebbero arrivati solo due il terzo sarebbe stato spedito la settimana successiva ovviamente senza ripagare la spedizione dopo un mese le ricontatto dicono che in settimana sarebbe parita la spedizione dopo circa due settimane ricontatto e mi dicono che il giorno successivo avrebbero sparito l'articolo quando ovviamente chiedo conferma dell'importo senza la spedizione la titolare non mi ha più risposto e ovviamente non è più arrivato niente!
I ordered 3 items I was contacted saying that only two would arrive the third would be shipped the following week obviously without repaying the shipment after a month I get back to them they say that during the week the shipment would be equal after about two weeks I recontact them and they tell me that the The next day the article would have disappeared when obviously I ask for confirmation of the amount without shipping the owner has not replied to me and obviously nothing has arrived!

Il pacco contiene un articolo su due ordinati, il pantagonna, che sul loro sito è spacciato per Wendy Trendy mentre in realtà è di una marca non ben precisata (sicuramente non Wendy Trendy). Il secondo articolo ordinato nel frattempo è esaurito. Solo dopo l'ennesima segnalazione mi propongono la sostituzione o il rimborso. Pessima esperienza e scarsa assistenza.
Order placed on January 31 and arrived today, after 15 days and a couple of reports. The package contains an item out of two ordered, the pantagonna, which on their site is passed off as Wendy Trendy while in reality it is of an unspecified brand (certainly not Wendy Trendy). The second ordered item is out of stock in the meantime. Only after the umpteenth report do they offer me a replacement or a refund. Bad experience and poor assistance.
