★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avessi potuto metter Zero stelle sarebbe stato meglio !Sono una artigiana di ceramiche siciliane, mi hanno commissionato un ordine natalizio del tutto personalizzato con addirittura il loro marchio e nome! Dopo 1 mese di chiamare odierne , dicendomi abbiamo pagato rimando la foto... no scusa domani paga mia zia , no scusa non ho potuto adesso rimedio, assurdo un commerciante così mai visto in 20 anni di carriera! Penso proprio che debbano fare altro nella vita , anche se il mio titolare sta agendo per altre vie , quello che mi preoccupa di più è pensare che nel 2020 esista gente che per poche centinaia di € faccia queste figure , del resto non dureranno tanto nel mondo del commercio , la mensa del buon samaritano vi attende ...poveracci !
Non pagare i fornitori artigiani penso che sia proprio da bassi fondi!

After 1 month of calling today, telling me we paid I send back the photo ... no sorry tomorrow pay my aunt, no sorry I could not remedy now, absurd a trader so never seen in 20 years of career! I really think they have to do something else in life, even if my owner is acting in other ways, what worries me most is to think that in 2020 there are people who for a few hundred € make these figures, after all they will not last long in the world. of commerce, the table of the good Samaritan awaits you ... poor people!
Do not pay the artisan suppliers I think it is really low money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In occasione del 18esimo di mia sorella, per l'allestimento della tavola ci fu consigliato tale posto: mai fu fatta scelta più sbagliata di questa! Puntualizzando che tutto era stato concordato con netto anticipo 12 giorni prima dell'evento, e tutto era stato schematizzato su carta secondo i gusti della festeggiata, alla fine non fu rispettato nulla!
Ma andiamo gradualmente: eravamo rimasti che doveva allestire il giorno 1 Agosto, giornata della festa, e in primis si sono messi avanti che tale sarebbe stato; e invece, il 31 Luglio si reca sul luogo per preparare il tutto, uscendosi che l'indomani doveva ritrovarsi in un altro posto per altri allestimenti (e questa è la prima). Finito che alleste il tavolo il 31, per sera i miei vanno a controllare la situazione, e trovarono la più spiacevole delle situazioni: alcuni palloncini di colore sbagliato e già sgonfiati, tovaglia del colore non corrispondente, arcata di palloncini che non era stata richiesta, mancava la cascata delle luci (affermava che a quelli del locale dava fastidio il filo a terra, ma i ristoratori hanno negato ciò), mancavano i girasoli, i macaroon e tarte lasciati a sciogliersi il giorno prima (infatti l'indomani le tarte si sbricilavano al sol toccarle), i pirottini per i confetti del colore errato, il numero 18 con la base di palloncini invece che scendesse dall'alto, il porta confetti di vetro all'interno nero e sporco, anziché essere tema girasoli era tema siciliano! L'opposto di quello richiesto! Si era incaricato di allestire tutti gli altri tavoli degli invitati con annessa somma aggiuntiva ed infine ha incaricato chi lavorava al ristorante! Il bello che chiamandolo il 31 stesso, nega che alcune cose non erano mai state concordate, e l'indomani recandoci al negozio, non era presente, e dopo tante chiamate staccate risponde dicendo che avrebbe cercato di risolvere mettendo luci mettendo girasoli e portando i pirottini per i confetti corrispondenti (per non parlare della collega che si trovava al negozio che dopo il nostro esporre l'accaduto dicendo noi che queste improvvisate non mettono in buona luce il progresso professionale degli ultimi e che se non si possono permettere il materiale quanto meno non prendere in giro le persone, la ragazza se ne esce con un insoddisfacente mi spiace, e non ha saputo prendere le redini e dare un ottimo customer service, cercando di risolvere il problema; era come se non sapesse come trattare i clienti).
Al nostro arrivo al locale per sera, troviamo tutto invariato fatta eccezione per 2 ceste solo di girasoli (e menomale, perché a parte che erano belli, ma anche mia sorella rimase felice essendo il suo fiore preferito), le luci buttate a terra dietro il tavolo e rotte, i pirottini per i confetti come comprati dai cinesi e senza il fiocchetto del colore richiesto, ed il numero 18 senza tutti quei palloncini.
Le due note dolci son state i confetti e i marshmallow buonissimi (infatti sono spariti in un niente).
Per concludere: non lo raccomanderei in base a quello che è capitato a noi, hanno ancora esperienza da fare e devo crescere professionalmente.

But let's go gradually: we were left that he had to set up on August 1st, the day of the party, and first of all they put themselves forward that this would be; and instead, on July 31st he goes to the place to prepare everything, leaving that the next day he had to find himself in another place for other preparations (and this is the first). When he finished setting up the table on the 31st, my parents went to check the situation in the evening, and they found the most unpleasant of situations: some balloons of the wrong color and already deflated, tablecloth of the wrong color, arch of balloons that had not been requested, the cascade of lights was missing (he said that the people in the restaurant bothered by the wire on the ground, but the restaurateurs denied this), the sunflowers, the macaroons and tarte left to melt the day before were missing (in fact the next day the tarte crumbled al sol touch them), the cups for the confetti of the wrong color, the number 18 with the base of balloons instead of coming down from the top, the glass confetti holder inside black and dirty, instead of being a sunflower theme it was a Sicilian theme! The opposite of that required! He was in charge of setting up all the other tables of the guests with an additional sum and finally he entrusted those who worked at the restaurant! The nice thing is that by calling him on the 31st himself, he denies that some things had never been agreed upon, and the next day going to the shop, he was not present, and after many disconnected calls he replies by saying that he would try to solve by putting lights, putting sunflowers and bringing the cups for the corresponding confetti (not to mention the colleague who was at the shop who after our exposing what happened by telling us that these improvised products do not put in a good light the professional progress of the last ones and that if they cannot afford the material at least not make fun of people, the girl comes up with an unsatisfactory I'm sorry, and she didn't know how to take the reins and give great customer service, trying to solve the problem; it was as if she didn't know how to treat customers).
Upon our arrival at the restaurant for the evening, we find everything unchanged except for 2 baskets only of sunflowers (and luckily, because apart from that they were beautiful, but also my sister was happy being her favorite flower), the lights thrown on the ground behind the table and broken, the cups for the confetti as bought by the Chinese and without the bow of the required color, and the number 18 without all those balloons.
The two sweet notes were the delicious sugared almonds and marshmallows (in fact they disappeared in a flash).
To conclude: I would not recommend it based on what happened to us, they still have experience to do and I have to grow professionally.
