I fatti : 4/12/2017
Ti vende una macchina Lancia Musa del valore di 7.400 euro , a cui occorreva cambiare la batteria .. si impegna a farlo ed al momento della consegna ti dice di averla messa nuova originale Lancia !! per contro te ne rifila ( riciclandola ) una del 2014 , presa da altra vettura !!
Tu resti a piedi ed all’ arrivo in concessionaria il meccanico ti dice che la batteria e’ montata su Lancia y e risale al 2014 !
Alle mie rimostranze improvvisano teatrino .. col collaboratore sul dove l’hanno acquistata ... ridicoli ... visto che sapevo già la verità !!
Il “ signor “ Titolare mi dice di passare per ridarmi i 110euro della batteria !!
Alla mia ennesima chiamata si rimangia la parola data e mi manda a quel paese !!
Della macchina non ho ancora ricevuto ne’ fattura , ne’ la garanzia prevista per legge !!
Unica cosa giusta fatta e’ quello di averlo pagato con assegno circolare di cui ho tracciabilita’!!
Pagherò anche l’avvocato , oltre il servizio Lancia per far valere i miei diritti !!
Fatevi mettere tutto per iscritto !!

The facts: 4/12/2017
It sells you a Lancia Musa car with a value of 7,400 euros, which needed to change the battery. on the other hand you trim (recycling) one of 2014, taken from another car !!
You stay on foot and upon arrival at the dealership the mechanic tells you that the battery is mounted on the Lancia y and dates back to 2014!
To my grievances they improvise a theater .. with the collaborator where they bought it ... ridiculous ... since I already knew the truth !!
The "Mr." Owner tells me to go and give me back the 110euro of the battery !!
On my umpteenth call, the word given goes back and it sends me to that country !!
I have not yet received an invoice for the machine, nor the warranty required by law !!
The only right thing done is to have paid it by cashier's check which I have traceability !!
I will also pay the lawyer, besides the Lancia service to assert my rights !!
Get everything in writing !!
We "eat" the words !!!
