★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIÙ. Sconsigliatissimo, abbiamo prenotato una visita, ci presentiamo e il dottore allude che non può visitarci, in quanto doveva visitare un'altra persona. Capisco che ha potuto sbagliare la prenotazione, può succedere, ma non si trattano così i pazienti. L'appuntamento era alle 9.30 ( due mappature), prenotato 1 mese fa.
Usi questo feedback negativo come spunto per migliorarsi, gli errori possono capitare, ma la differenza la fa l'approccio al
paziente.
Resto, comunque, a disposizione per ogni eventuale chiarimento in merito
NEVER AGAIN. Not recommended, we have booked a visit, we introduce ourselves and the doctor alludes that he cannot visit us, as he had to visit another person. I understand that he could have made a mistake in the booking, it can happen, but patients are not treated like that. The appointment was at 9.30 (two mappings), booked 1 month ago.
