La risposta del medico è stata che avrei dovuto rifare le prenotazioni per entrambi e per giunta solo il Venerdì alle ore 08.00!!!!!
Sistema di prenotazione assolutamente inadeguato e decisamente "proibitivo" per persone anziane!!!
Sul sito viene espressamente "sottolineata" l'impossibilità di prenotazione telefonica ed inoltre viene negata l'assistenza a pazienti con "urgenza" invitandoli a rivolgersi ad altri medici oculisti!!!
Booked visit for me and my elderly mother (in 2 different days as the booking platform did not allow consecutive visits), presented in the studio did not show my mom's booking! The doctor's response was that I would have to redo the reservations for both of them and moreover only on Friday at 08.00 !!!!!
Booking system absolutely inadequate and definitely "prohibitive" for elderly people !!!
On the site the impossibility of telephone booking is expressly "underlined" and assistance is also denied to patients with "urgency", inviting them to contact other ophthalmologists !!!
