★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è molto che mi faccio seguire dalla Dott.ssa, però dopo anni credo di aver trovato una dietista che guarda la persona e non solo le calorie che deve ingerire. Una delle prime domande che mi ha fatto “qual’è il tuo cibo preferito?”, cosa che mi ha spiazzata perché tutto mi aspettavo tranne che quella domanda, ma da questo ho capito come lei parta da ciò che serve al paziente e non dai kg che deve perdere.

Ho raggiunto ottimi risultati, viene incontro anche alle esigenze alimentari che uno ha. Io non ho tempo di cucinare durante la settimana, sono sempre di corsa e ho una bimba, ma con lei puoi stare certo che ti aiuterà a trovare una alimentazione idonea. Un grazie di cuore.
