 "Let it be relaxation" allowed my mind to free itself and relive, through the five senses, moments of my past hidden in the dark corners of my mind; free yourself from the sad reality of the present life ... When the breath is labored the mind is also unstable! Manuela managed to make my breathing less labored and my mind less unstable. Great experience and excellent host.
