Il motivo principale è stato il prezzo conveniente pubblicizzato sul sito, ma poi sono stata convinta dalla professionalità del personale che mi ha seguita. Fin dalla prima telefonata mi sono resa conto di avere a che fare con delle persone e non con dei semplici impiegati che vogliono vendere qualcosa a tutti i costi. La visita in clinica è andata benissimo: non ho mai incontrato un dottore così preparato e disponibile. Il ringraziamento più grande va al mio consulente che ha risposto a tutte le mie domande dedicandomi tanto tempo (sono una persona esigente). Ho ricevuto il cofanetto dr smile nelle tempistiche stabilite e ho iniziato da poco il trattamento, ma i risultati già si vedono. I hated smiling and taking a picture was a great embarrassment to me. The biggest thanks goes to my consultant who answered all my questions by dedicating me a lot of time (I am a demanding person). I received the dr smile box within the established time frame and I have recently started the treatment, but the results are already visible.

Dopo un'attenta visita e la compilazione della scheda di anamnesi, mi è stata fatta la scansione 3D dei denti e spiegato in cosa consiste il trattamento. Consiglio il centro del dottor Ninfa perché mi sono trovata bene, mi è stato spiegato tutto passo passo e il personale è veramente gentile, cordiale e preparato. Inoltre, la clinica è veramente ben curata in tutti gli aspetti: dagli strumenti ai dispositivi, dall'architettura all'arredamento. Complimenti! I made the first visit with Dr. Ninfa to understand if my case could be suitable for treatment with the DR SMILE aligners. After a careful examination and filling in the medical history form, I was given the 3D scan of the teeth and explained what the treatment consists of. I recommend Dr. Ninfa's center because I enjoyed it, everything was explained to me step by step and the staff is really kind, friendly and prepared. Furthermore, the clinic is really well looked after in all aspects: from tools to devices, from architecture to furnishings. Well done!
