Quando finalmente riesco a parlare, la segreteria immagino, mi dice che il primo posto disponibile e dopo 2 mesi ed io rimango un po' così perché non mi aspettavo di dover aspettare così tanto per una visita privata ! La Signora con orgoglio mi dice che il Dottore è bravissimo e ha una lunga lista di pazienti! Mi metto in lista d'attesa ... e fortuna delle fortune ... mi chiama dopo 2 gg per dirmi che ha un posto libero ... Allora le chiedo quando dura una visita visto che costa la bellezza di 200 € ed io questi soldi gli ho dovuto chiedere in prestito , la Sig mi dice 20 minuti ! Ed io le spiego che non può essere una visita così , visto che ho già un po' di visite e esami eseguiti riguarda il mio problema e lei preferisci non tranquillizzarmi ma essere scortese e di dirmi: "Signora vuole questa visita o no ?? " come se fossimo al mercato !! Io il medico non l'ho incontrato, non posso discutere sulla sua bravura . Ma anche la segreteria fa da biglietto da visita ...anzi , la segreteria è il primo contatto e come approccio ne sono molto delusa e lei è stata poco professionale ! Absurd ... I put myself on the waiting list ... and luck of the fortunes ... she calls me after 2 days to tell me that she has a free seat ... Then I ask her when does a visit last since it costs the beauty of 200 € and I these money I had to borrow, Mrs. tells me 20 minutes! And I explain to her that it cannot be a visit like this, since I already have some visits and exams performed regarding my problem and she would rather not calm me down but be rude and tell me: "Lady do you want this visit or not?" as if we were at the market !! I have not met the doctor, I cannot argue about his skill. But also the secretariat is a business card ... indeed, the secretariat is the first contact and as an approach I am very disappointed and she was unprofessional!

Carlotta, mia figlia a detta di un altro specialista avrebbe dovuto essere subito operata di adenoidi in quanto occlusa all'80%.Non solo sempre secondo lo stesso l'intervento poteva svolgersi solo privatamente,vista l'emergenza Covid e le attese infinite, alla modica cifra di 2000€. Nel frattempo cura a base di cortisonici che intasavano ancor di più il nasino di mia figlia. Dopo la visita col dott. Albanese, che ci ha accolte con dolcezza, professionalità e scrupolo, che dire unici è riduttivo, scopro che non solo, al momento, mia figlia non necessita di intervento, ma che nell'eventualità, il dottore la opererebbe tramite ssn e che le liste d'attesa non sono infinite. Mia figlia ora, grazie alla sua cura per aumentare le difese immunitarie, non è più costretta all'antibiotico in caso di febbre ed infezioni alle vie respiratorie, respira bene dal nasino, e senza voce nasale anche in pieno raffreddore, e riesce a ridolvere in qualche giorno, mentre prima servivano mesi. Che dire eccellente professionista, nonché persona. L'ho consigliato a molte mamme certa che sarà di grande aiuto.
