Mi sono recata presso l’ambulatorio con i miei 2 figli dei quali solo uno doveva effettuare la visita otorinolaringoiatra. La segretaria vedendoli tutti e due insieme a me mi dice che il bambino che non deve fare la visita deve rimanere fuori e pretendeva che lo lasciassi sotto in auto da solo nel frattempo che il medico visitava l’altro “ per rispettare le regole COVID “ insistendo nonostante avevo spiegato che non mi era stato possibile lasciarlo a casa le dico che è assurdo ciò che mi sta chiedendo e che non lo avrei fatto assolutamente a quel punto lei mi dice che le regole sono quelle e le devono rispettarle perché nel loro ambulatorio 10 persone loro pazienti si sono infettate di COVID all’interno dello studio medico. Rimango sbigottita anche perché la segretaria che mi stava parlando la quale pretendeva da me un’assurdità mi parlava con la mascherina abbassata sotto il mento e l’infermiera che si è affacciata per darle manforte ne era completamente sprovvista. Dunque a quel punto ho capito che loro pretendono che i pazienti rispettino le regole mentre sono i primi a non rispettarle e dato che come detto appunto da loro 10 persone si sono infettate nello studio del dottore Catalano per me è stato un campanello d’allarme per perdere ed andare via perché vuol dire che non solo non sono in grado di accogliere le visite con le dovute precauzioni per prevenire i contagi da COVID ma non è così pulito come dovrebbe essere . Shameful staff as shameful is the doctor plus the nurse. I went to the clinic with my 2 children, of whom only one had to undergo an otolaryngologist visit. The secretary seeing them both together with me tells me that the child who does not have to visit must stay outside and demanded that I leave him alone in the car in the meantime that the doctor visited the other "to respect the COVID rules" insisting although I had explained that it was not possible for me to leave him at home I tell her that what you are asking of me is absurd and that I absolutely would not have done it at that point she tells me that the rules are those and they must respect them because in their clinic 10 people their patients became infected with COVID inside the doctor's office. I am also dismayed because the secretary who was talking to me who was demanding nonsense from me spoke to me with her mask lowered under her chin and the nurse who leaned out to give her support was completely devoid of it. So at that point I understood that they expect patients to respect the rules while they are the first to not respect them and since as said by them 10 people became infected in the Catalan doctor's office for me it was a wake-up call for lose and go away because it means that not only are they unable to accommodate visits with the necessary precautions to prevent COVID infections but it is not as clean as it should be.
