★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguendo la dieta ed il percorso di allenamento del dottor Terribile ho oltre che perso 10 kg, cambiato completamente il mio corpo e capito che questa é la cosa più importante. Ho imparato grazie a lui a gestirmi e dal 2018 ad oggi non sono mai ringrassata. Mi ha aiutato ogni volta adattando i piani alimentari alle mie esigenze. Dire che ne sono soddisfatta é veramente riduttivo
Following Dr. Terrible's diet and training path, I lost 10 kg, completely changed my body and understood that this is the most important thing. I learned how to manage myself thanks to him and from 2018 to today I have never been thanked. He helped me each time by adapting the meal plans to my needs. To say that I am satisfied with it is really an understatement
