★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, non rispettato il tempo dei clienti.
Appuntamento per prima visita generale alle 12.15; sala di attesa con 7/8 persone in attesa... (troppe persone per quello spazio) il tempo passa, nessuno dello studio dice nulla. Dopo un’ora e mezza l’assistente mi porta il foglio dati da compilare e allora re-informo dell’orario del mio appuntamento e chiedo se é successo qualcosa di straordinario o è normale così e la risposta è “..succede..”.
Ho ringraziato e me ne sono andata. Penso che non si tratta così un cliente. Vorrei appuntamenti seri rispettosi anche del tempo altrui.
E pensare che il dottore mi aveva visitato in urgenza tre mesi fà per una piccola cosa, mi aveva fatto una buona impressione e non aveva voluto nulla per la visita.
Ma l’organizzazione è pessima, nessuna informazione ne preventiva ne durante l’attesa; eppure avevano il mio telefono, messaggi...
Bad experience, customers' time not respected.
Appointment for the first general visit at 12.15; waiting room with 7/8 people waiting ... (too many people for that space) time passes, nobody from the studio says anything. After an hour and a half the assistant brings me the data sheet to fill in and then I re-inform the time of my appointment and ask if something extraordinary has happened or is it normal and the answer is ".. it happens .." .
I thanked and left. I think this is not the case with a customer. I would like serious appointments that are also respectful of the time of others.
And to think that the doctor had urgently examined me three months ago for a small thing, had made a good impression on me and hadn't wanted anything for the visit.
But the organization is very bad, no information or prior information or while waiting; yet they had my phone, messages ...
